• Group tickets (over 5 persons) are sold at KalPa's office (Sairaalakatu 15, Kuopio), kalpa@kalpa.fi or call +358 (0)44 787 1100. Office is open Monday–Thursday 9.00–16.00 and Friday 9.00–12.00.

• The box office at the Arena opens an hour before games starts and it is located at the entrance door B. Reserved tickets can be also collected at the arena door B.

KalPa Hockey Oy reserves the right to make changes. The volume level may exceed the specifications momentarily, hearing protection is recommend at the events.

NOTE! Please retain your tickets for the entire game, as you will need it when going out during intermissions. Be prepared for a security check at the entrances and to prove your right to discount tickets through the appropriate document. There is a video surveillance system inside the arena.

Prohibited inside the arena:

• Glass and plastic bottles, spray bottles
• Drugs
• Fireworks, torches and explosives
• Weapons / knives and swords
